A10: Although we try our best to keep all of the items in stock, ocassionally we run out. You will be notified by email when to expect delivery of your item. Or you can check your shipment by going to the Order Status page. Also you will not be charged any additional shipping charges for back order shipments.

A16: Pathwaybookstore.com charges the applicable taxes to all orders placed in Tennessee or North Carolina. There is unfortunately no mechanism for processing tax-exempt information online. If you qualify for tax-exempt status, you may phone us toll-free at 1.800.553.8506, and speak with one of our customer service representatives, who can credit the taxed amount back to your account.
